New View:

• Verify the entire BC field Names mapped to UI fields as per Design Document. Verify All the Label Names in List And Form Applet. BC Field Names and Label Names should be consistent in List and Form.
• If new view fields are exposed in any analysis view, Field label names should be consistent in all related Views (Analysis Views)
• Validate field Properties (Editable, Read-only, Runtime True and Pick Applet). Should maintain consistency in List and Form Applet.
• All fields that are in Form Applet should be there in List Applet with same Field Properties.
• Verify copy functionality in applet level (File). If it is not mention in requirement or Design escalate it to BA (Business Analyst).
• If a view has been removed, then it should be checked that any hyperlink in any other view should not have this view as its destination drilldown object.
• If a view has been removed check that it has also been removed from the Site Map.

Applet:

• When developer copies the existing Applet and built new functionality on top it. Validate the search spec weather he modified it or not. Also the hyperlinks whether they should got to the same view or different views.

Field:

• If you add new field do following Testing.
• Check in list and form applet.
• Filed Length, Field Properties, Field Mapping, Copy functionality. If it is date. It should not display time Stamp unless it is mentioned in design or Requirement Document. It should verify with BA’s where all this field needs to be displayed.
• When they delete the Field or inactivate the field. Check in List and form Applet. Verify with develop weather that particular field is used in any Script. Test in Reports and other Views if they are deleting from first or second Screen. It should be deleted in BA views.
• Whenever any field is pulled from join then all associated fields along with the pulled field must be read only. For Ex: Suppose Accounts field is pulled then fields contact, state, country,zip all must be read only.
• Check the Roll-ups and Calculations in the fields.
• Check that the numeric fields should not accept negative values. Error message should get fired.

Data Validation:

• You should make use of Filters wherever possible in the excel sheet while updation/validation of data.
• While creating new records, query from the backend (if possible) so as to minimize the effort.
• If some view or some functionality has to be removed, do check whether the state model has been modified to remove the respective states or not.

Assignment Rules:

• Should check whether the concerned candidate has been added in the rule or not and whether he is an active or a terminated user.
• Should check that whether the Activation/Expiration date has been filled in case of activation or expiration of the rules.
• Should check that if a candidate has multiple positions then he should be added in the list for the respective position only.

Instead of starting the game in a tutorial, you assume Woody’s position jumping from train car to train car, while fighting off Evil Dr. Porkchop’s alien henchmen. Controls are simple enough, with buttons allotted to jump, dash, throw, and the all encompassing “action” button. Besides that, the only help you’ll get are hints scattered around the level in little toy machine capsules. You don’t have to pick them up or ever see what they have to say. It’s a breath of fresh air in the three-hour tutorial kind of world we live in.

Once the first level is completed, players are teleported to a gameboard where missions are selected. From there, you can select the central campaign, the Toy Shop (where you spend coins found around the levels), or the Toy Box.

The Toy Box introduces a sandbox environment where players can enjoy less linear gameplay than the campaign offers. You can build up a town and fill it with residents and items, and apply custom paint schemes. Each new addition to your town adds new quests and each new quest unlocks new objects. The Toy Box truly is the heart of the game, but it won’t last long, especially without the unlockable objects you can only find within the campaign.

The campaign offers a haphazard take on the movie; it’s barely cohesive if you’ve seen the movie and completely disorienting if you haven’t. Certain sections that have been added to the original movie, like playtime at the imaginative Bonnie’s house, represent opportunities to inject crazy action levels not offered by the third film’s plot. In Bonnie’s house, Woody grinds rails in outer space a la Jet Set Radio Future while a wild witch shoots Poison magic at him. It’s actually quite fun.

Combat in the game is so simple and easy that many adult players will be wildly underwhelmed. However, platforming is so difficult that children will either be completely frustrated by it or simply unable to complete the game. This poses one of the greatest problems of Toy Story 3: it’s never quite sure who its target demographic is.

When puzzles get too difficult, hitting the right shoulder button displays a hint. If you fall from a cliff too many times, the game might provide you with a different, sturdier ledge. Unfortunately, it’s not enough help to guide younger kids through the often brutal platforming sections. It makes for good controller passing, though it might be unnecessary; certain levels allow two players to work cooperatively through the campaign.

Graphics are distinctly Pixar-esque (an older adult walked in and thought we were watching the movie), and all the colors are vibrant and extraordinarily varied from level to level.

Toy Story isn’t just a game for kids; fans of the trilogy should have no reservations about picking this one up.

Last we heard, James Cameron and Fox were targeting the “spring of 2012″ to re-release Titanic in 3D.  We now know that the spring month in question is April.  The news was mentioned in a tribute to Gloria Stuart, who played “Old Rose” in the film and celebrated her 100th birthday on July 4th.  April 2012 marks a centennial anniversary of its own, as the RMS Titanic attempted to traverse the Atlantic from April 12-14, 1912.  In addition to the historical timing, the intended month of release (nearly two years away) gives Cameron and Co. plenty of time to perfect the finer details of the 3D conversion.

Notably, it was only this year that Cameron’s own Avatar finally toppled the 1997 disaster flick to become the highest grossing film of all time.  As such, the re-release should be a good litmus test for the 3D conversion of cinema’s live-action classics, both in their aesthetic appeal and financial viability.

The Social Network will have its premiere in October 2010 and Mark Zuckerberg’s role will be played by Jesse Eisenberg, while the role of Mark’s advisor, Sean Parker, will be played by Justin Timberlake. The Social Network trailer has been released and you can watch it below, although it won’t be a very interesting watch IMO.

The Facebook movie is directed by David Fincher and it’s produced by Colombia Pictures. So what gonna do? Are going to watch The Social Network? Or the Facebook movie doesn’t sound appealing to you?

Google has just introduced a new background for their search engine and it seems like it’s now set to default for everybody who’s not logged in. Unfortunately, people were used to Google’s simplicity and they just hate the new background. Fortunately, there are two ways to get rid of this annoying background.

One way to get rid of the background is to log into your Google account, but this only works if you have one or you don’t want to browse the web being logged out.

The other way is to click the bottom left-hand side button which says “Remove background image”.

Hopefully Google is going to disable their background as a default option because it’s very annoying and it seems inspired very much from Bing.

You can avoid this by using Pidgin as your chat client. It works with most popular chat networks:

• Google Talk (GTalk)
• AIM
• Yahoo Messenger
• IRC
• Windows Messenger (MSN)

Simply download Pidgin and then install the Pidgin Encryption plugin. The people you chat with will also need Pidgin and the encryption plugin as well if you want your chat to be private. Otherwise you can communicate normally with anybody else using Pidgin.

Once you’ve installed both of these items, run Pidgin and setup the chat accounts you wish to use. Then go to Tools > Plugins and check Pidgin Encryption 3.0.

Now you can encrypt your conversation by clicking the lock at the top of the chat window.

Users on the other end that do not have the encryption plugin installed will get a message telling them about it so they can install it and have secure conversations too.
